New Python text-based games!

Added some simple text-based games made with Python: Tic-Tac-Toe and simplified version of Blackjack. Probably, many programmers at the beginning of the study Python start with these games. In my repository on GitHub, you can see the source code. This will be especially useful for those who are just studying Python. Feel free to try it and offer your solution :)
